About the position The Research Librarian will contribute to the success of researchers by working closely with colleagues within the Library Research Services team. This role involves developing, coordinating, and delivering an array of research services and initiatives that enhance the university's research capacity and impact. By engaging with researchers and stakeholders, the Research Librarian will support activities such as research data management, scholarly publishing, metrics and training on emerging research tools and research skills.

Skills and Experience To be considered for this position, you will have:
Degree in information management or a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of the role of the library in research processes and workflows.Ability to demonstrate self-awareness, see things from another person's perspective and actively seek out and act on feedback to improve knowledge, skills and behaviour.Demonstrated ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and monitor workflows within own area of responsibility and to collaborate effectively within and across teams, and with external stakeholders, to ensure an optimum student experience and outcomes.Please refer to the Position Description for other duties, skills and experience required for this position.
