Collaborating with consumers and clinicians from rural chronic disease settings, you will refine and evaluate an existing training resource (Check-back) to determine its effectiveness in improving health literacy and self-efficacy among individuals with chronic conditions in Western Victoria and NW Tasmania. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative research that directly impacts healthcare outcomes in rural communities.We are seeking someone with a doctoral qualification in the relevant discipline or possesses equivalent qualifications with extensive experience, ideally within a rural health service setting. Your demonstrated expertise in health service research, co-design and clinical trials experience, coupled with a strong track record of refereed research publications, will be crucial for the success of this project.
