The Role YouGov is seeking a passionate Research Executive to join our dynamic and rapidly growing syndicated research team.
In this role, you will manage a range of Australian clients across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities As an integral part of our team, working closely with the Head of Products, a Research Manager, and other team members, you will contribute to the successful delivery of syndicated research to our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating efforts with New Business, Key Account, and Products team members to achieve YouGov's common goals. Delivering high-quality reports and insights that empower our clients to make informed, game-changing business decisions. Providing client training on syndicated Data products, including initial consultations and onboarding workshops. Collaborating with colleagues to quality-check reports and surveys. Assisting the Research Manager and team with technical demonstrations for new business prospects. Conducting data analysis, visualization, and developing engaging, insightful reports. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in market research, business analytics, or marketing. Proven track record in high-quality quantitative research design and delivery. Confidence with basic statistical analysis. Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts, organizing and delivering fast-turnaround projects and requests. Excellent client-service skills driven by strong written and verbal communication. Market research agency experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently, take initiative and be accountable for actions. Strong attention to detail and ability to make logical decisions. Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.
