The Role YouGov is seeking a passionate Research Executive to join our dynamic and rapidly growing syndicated research team. In this role, you will manage a range of Australian clients across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities As an integral part of our team, working closely with the Head of Products, a Research Manager, and other team members, you will contribute to the successful delivery of syndicated research to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating efforts with New Business, Key Account, and Products team members to achieve YouGov's common goals. Delivering high-quality reports and insights that empower our clients to make informed, game-changing business decisions. Providing client training on syndicated Data products, including initial consultations and onboarding workshops. Collaborating with colleagues to quality-check reports and surveys. Assisting the Research Manager and team with technical demonstrations for new business prospects. Conducting data analysis, visualization, and developing engaging, insightful reports. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in market research, business analytics, or marketing. Proven track record in high-quality quantitative research design and delivery. Confidence with basic statistical analysis. Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts, organizing and delivering fast-turnaround projects and requests. Excellent client-service skills driven by strong written and verbal communication. Market research agency experience is preferred but not required.
