Our 3-2-1 Hybrid Working model:
- 3 days from anywhere in Australia or Aotearoa New Zealand per week,
- 2 days from an RACP office location per week,
- 1 of the two days per week in office spent with your team.
Job DescriptionAbout the Role The Education Policy, Research and Evaluation team undertakes educational research and evaluation across all the aspects of physician training.
The purpose of this position is to lead the design and delivery of the education renewal research and evaluation strategy. This position also manages the projects conducted as part of the education renewal research and evaluation strategy and actively develops and improves products, procedures and processes and translates findings into actionable opportunities for program improvements.
Responsibilities include: Refresh and implement the RACP's educational renewal research and evaluation strategy and lead implementation of this across the organisation.Manage, and conduct the design and undertaking of qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation and preparation of grant applications.Contribute to external and internal publications and presentations to support and promote RACP activity.Build research and evaluation capacity and collaboration across key stakeholder groups.Manage projects and operations in accordance with frameworks and policies.Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout You The successful candidate will have:
Demonstrated experience in research and program evaluation design and data analysis.Demonstrated experience in project management and coordination.Demonstrated strong leadership skills with experience leading a team to deliver outcomes in a complex environment and with tight timeframes.Extensive knowledge of research methods, evaluation principles and approaches.Experience in research projects related to education.Proficiency in statistics and statistical applications.Tact and sensitivity to confidential issues.Substantial experience of managing stakeholders and evaluating feedback.Excellent problem solving skills.Strong interpersonal skills.Interested?
