Research Director - El 2

We are seeking a remarkable leader to join our Corporate Research team.

As a Research Director, in our Enterprise Strategy and Design business area, you'll manage a small team in a dynamic environment, leading market research activities on a cyclical and ad hoc basis. You'll work in a unique setting where research activities span across all client types and industries. You'll be the subject matter expert on effective survey design and analysis.

You will manage research and data collection activities spanning individuals, small and large businesses, tax professionals, associations, digital service providers, ATO staff and smaller, specialised populations. You'll support the ATO to monitor satisfaction and trust in Australia's tax, super and registry systems, as well as assisting with internal operations, including measurement of staff engagement and culture.

This role may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD, Newcastle, Parramatta, Penrith, Perth or Sydney CBD.
