You will have the opportunity to guide and support Doctor of Medicine (MD) students as they undertake groundbreaking research projects.
Through facilitating small group discussions, providing personalized feedback, and fostering a positive learning environment, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the research skills and critical thinking abilities of future medical leaders.
Your responsibilities will include:
Facilitate Engaging Learning:Lead online small-group discussions and drop-in sessions, guiding students through the research process from proposal development to data analysis and dissemination.
Provide Constructive Feedback:Offer learner-centred feedback on assessments, including discussion board tasks, journal club presentations, and research proposals.
Foster Critical Thinking:Encourage critical thinking and research skills through structured student engagement and personalized guidance.
Monitor Student Progress:Actively monitor student engagement, identify potential concerns, and assist in providing support to ensure successful completion of requirements.
You may be a great fit if:
You possess a research higher degree or equivalent qualification.
You have experience supervising research students in higher degree programs.
You demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching entry-to-practice medical or health professional students.
You exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
You are highly organised with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
