The Research Coordinator - Rural Health Academic Network (RHAN) key roles/outcomes are: Building research capability among health professionals that improves service delivery and patient outcomes Collaborate with staff to publish their research, present their work at professional conferences and promote their practice in relevant forums Provide coaching for students on placements and undertaking projects in research process and evidence-based practice.
The role of the Research Coordinator is suited to an individual who is experienced in and passionate about provision of high quality health services and clinical research, self-motivated with the ability to prioritise a workload, a confident and clear communicator who operates well in a team environment.
