The Research Coordinator - Rural Health Academic Network (RHAN) plays a key role in building the culture, capability, and capacity for undertaking and translating research at Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW).
The key roles/outcomes of the Research Coordinator - RHAN include:
Building research capability among health professionals to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.
Collaborating with staff to publish their research, present their work at professional conferences, and promote their practice in relevant forums.
Providing coaching for students on placements and undertaking projects in research processes and evidence-based practice.
The role is suited to an individual who is experienced in and passionate about the provision of high-quality health services and clinical research.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to prioritize workload, and a confident communicator who operates well in a team environment.
