Research Coordinator - Children's Health Apply to the Queensland Childrens Hospital for a full-time (100%), fixed-term position for up to 12 months. The base salary will be in the range of $89,861 - $96,402 + 17% Superannuation (HEW Level 6).

About This Opportunity Join our team as a Research Coordinator and play a vital role in advancing impactful research! In this position, you'll support project setup, administration, and ethics coordination while driving progress across multiple high-impact studies. Working closely with diverse clinical and research teams, as well as families and other stakeholders, you'll ensure smooth collaboration across projects focused on Kids Sleep Research, Allergy & Epidemiology, and Genomics & Mental Health. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful research that improves child health and well-being.

Key responsibilities will include: Provide administrative support for research teams, managing university systems and databases. Establish collaborations with key stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of intervention trials. Support participant recruitment, engagement, and systematic record-keeping. Prepare data for research outcome reports, including abstracts, presentations, and publications. Monitor project implementation, ethical considerations, data collection, and compliance with protocols. About You Tertiary qualification in health sciences or relevant field, with experience in research management. Knowledge of tertiary education operations, including OH&S policies and regulations. Strong project and team management skills, with experience in research budgets and ethics coordination. Understanding of research funding processes within higher education. Proven experience in designing workflow processes for efficient operations. Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in creating high-standard materials and working collaboratively across teams. The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre-employment checks, including: right to work in Australia and mandatory immunisations.
