Salary:Academic Level A – $83,468 - $113,262 p.a. plus 17% super (pro rata)
Provide administrative research support to the Head of the Department of Medical Education, conducting quantitative and qualitative data analyses, managing datasets, and contributing to scholarly outputs.
Contribute to advancing medical education research by supporting a dedicated team, while gaining valuable experience in data analysis, literature reviews, and research project coordination.

About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Department and the research team, providing administrative support and conducting data analyses on various datasets.
You will assist in managing and cleaning datasets, contribute to manuscript preparation, manage ethics applications, and liaise with project partners and stakeholders.
Additionally, you will participate in research activities independently and as part of the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
Liaising and managing relationships with project partners and stakeholders.
Conducting literature searches and write systematic literature reviews.
Who We Are Looking For
You will have an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline and experience with qualitative data analysis software (e.g., NVivo) and database management software (e.g., Qualtrics).
You possess excellent computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office and demonstrated experience in literature review and synthesis.
You will also have:
Familiarity and experience with human research ethics principles and submissions.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with a high level of diligence.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Ability to work with diverse team members and stakeholders, and coordinate project events and activities.

This role requires that the successful candidate must undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check.
