This is through our steadfast commitment to providing patient and family-centred care at every level of our service and our continuous drive for service and operational excellence.The position of Research Assistant will work collaboratively with clinician researchers within the Queensland Children's Gender Service, Child & Youth Mental Health Service, Chief Investigators of QCGS research activities, and QCGS' research partners within the Australian Research Consortium for Trans Youth and Children (ARCTYC).ResponsibilitiesFacilitate QCGS aims of delivering excellence through evidence-based clinical practice and translational research by establishing and maintaining existing research data management systems.Build ongoing, two-way relationships with consumers advising on research relating to people with a lived Trans experience, thereby giving voice to consumer priorities, supporting research co-design and dissemination.Be responsible for developing, providing, and maintaining efficient, effective, ethical, and confidential research administrative coordination of QCGS Research projects.What CHQ HHS can offerApart from contributing to the development of Australia's best paediatric health service, you will also benefit from a competitive remuneration package and a working environment that embraces professional development, builds capabilities, and supports staff to maximise their health and wellbeing.
