Classification: ANU Officer 4 (Research)
Salary package: $73,650 - $79,682 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms: Full-time, Continuing (Contingent Funded), (part-time may be considered)
This position is continuing (contingent funded). The funding that supports this project is up to 36 months.

The Position
ANU Research School of Biology is seeking a Research Assistant to work in a friendly, motivated team providing bioengineering solutions to solve global challenges.
This is a key role for a Research Assistant to support project investigators in developing and testing biotechnologies to convert waste into resources. Responsibilities include maintaining consumable stocks, conducting routine assays, coordinating equipment schedules, assisting with lab management, and scheduling meetings with project partners.
The Person
We are looking for a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to quickly develop productive, professional relationships with colleagues and clients. Highly developed organisational skills and effective self-management are key. We are looking for someone with molecular biology expertise and experience supporting biological engineering research initiatives.
