About the Role
Victoria Legal Aid is seeking an experienced Research and Evaluation Manager to lead a dynamic team focused on translating evidence into real-world impact. This is a full-time ongoing position with a salary range of $123,625 - $157,340 plus super and excellent salary packaging options.
About You
We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in managing a research and/or evaluation function, highly developed research and/or evaluation experience, and a proven ability to influence and consult widely to identify and understand emerging issues, policy agendas, trends, and risks. You will also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with people across all levels of the organisation and engage and build collaborative relationships with a range of stakeholders.
