The Role: Make a difference to the lives of older people by coordinating and delivering ACH Group's research strategy, in this full-time role based at Mile End. What you will do: Deliver market / customer research and analysis Undertake tendering and grant processes Provide input into product and service design, using co-design methods and ensuring new initiatives are evidence based Design and deliver evaluations of ACH services and initiatives Lead and inspire innovation by remaining informed of current best practice and emerging trends Liaise with internal and external research partners to understand research needs and apply research outcomes Support change management processes and much more... About you: Our ideal candidate will have a strong customer service focus and will also possess: Research design implementation experience Experience in managing research projects to completion Attention to detail, with strong documentation, administration and organisational skills Degree level qualifications in a relevant discipline Experience in one of more of the following: Designing new products Using co-design methods Planning and leading design or strategy projects Business innovation Managing change projects Attention to detail, with strong documentation, administration and organisational skills Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills Analytical and research skills Experience in leading change A current driver's licence Intermediate computer literacy, with the ability to use a range of tools and databases Excellent written and verbal communication skills The successful candidate will need to provide an up-to-date COVID vaccination statement (at least 3 doses) and a satisfactory police clearance for working with vulnerable people that is less than 12 months old before commencement.
