About The Opportunity:This is your chance to step into a dynamic R & D role where you'll collaborate with a passionate team at the forefront of chemical and plastic formulations. As the R & D chemist, you'll contribute to the formulation of new products and collaborate with cross-functional teams on research and development.

About You:With a solid foundation in chemistry, science, or chemical engineering, you're no stranger to the lab. Good lab practices, regulatory compliance, and record keeping are all second nature to you.
You're comfortable working with formulations, and if you have a knack for plastics or chemical compounding, that's a huge plus. You know your way around lab equipment, understand the ins and outs of chemical processes, and can navigate the complexities of regulatory compliance with ease.
Bonus points if you have exposure to GMP practices and QA/QC documentation. In short, the lab is where you thrive, and you're ready to bring that expertise to a role where your skills will be put to the test—and valued.
