Working at CQUniversity You will support the Reregistration Team through the efficient and effective planning of meetings, minute taking, reporting of committee resolutions, and development of follow-up documentation pertaining to committee recommendations and actions.
You will have exceptional interpersonal, communication and organisational skills with the ability to acquire thorough knowledge of relevant policies and procedures and interpret and communicate these to others.
You will have proven secretariat skills in the professional management of meeting procedures, planning and organisation of meetings and have high-level proficiency in administrative practices and use of software.
This position would suit someone who is focused, deadline driven, self-motivated and enjoys detail and compliance related work.

Position Requirements Ability to acquire knowledge of CQUniversity operations, policy and procedures and an ability to interpret and communicate this to the wider University community.
Understanding of administrative practices and knowledge and proficiency in word processing (with high standard of speed and accuracy), spreadsheeting and database software, email, and internet.
Proven secretarial skills with professional management of meeting procedures, planning and organisation of meetings, development of agendas, recording and transcribing minutes, development of reports and monitoring follow-up actions associated with committee decisions.
High level communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to consult, advise and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
