To deliver transport priorities through the development and delivery of an integrated pipeline of projects and support the Major Transport Infrastructure Program.
Primary purpose of this role
Requirements Manager, Strategic Project's role is to develop and manage the Business and Client Requirements Documents (CRDs) for strategic projects including but not limited to Suburban Rail Loop, Western Rail Plan and Melbourne Airport Link.
Key requirements

Requirements Management Experience – experience applying Systems Engineering methodologies to the development, management and validation of requirements including expertise using requirements management tools like DOORS NG.”
Transport network development knowledge: Experience and understanding of the transport network, current transport network issues, key government priorities for its development and demonstrated experience and skills that provide an ability to develop new initiatives.
Conceptual and analytical ability: Ability to critically examine proposed solution options with regard to cost, feasibility and alignment with Government policies and strategies.
Project management: Consults, liaises with and influences key stakeholders; Monitors performance against objectives and manages project risks and issues.
Relationship building: A proven track record of developing constructive relationships by effectively managing the competing demands of diverse stakeholders
Planning and Organising: Sets clearly defined objectives and priorities and operates accordingly, reviewing and adjusting as required
