The Opportunity
The firm is going through an exciting growth period and because of this are looking to bring on a Junior, Intermediate, Senior and Supervisor to their team.
Depending on the level of role your responsibilities will vary although each position will include accounting, audit and taxation.
Your daily tasks may include identifying and gathering information in support of accounting transactions, assisting with interim and year end statutory audits, preparing tax reconciliations and year-end tax lodgments, assisting with the preparation of financial statements to review stage and performing audit testing to help assess clients' internal controls.
Your day-to-day tasks would include:
Prepare financial reports for various entities
Assist with tax planning and projects
Liaising with the ATO, ASIC and other regulatory bodies
Provide Tax & Business advice for a variety of clients
Coordinating and conducting research and providing advice to clients
Assisting with consulting work including restructures, valuations, technical advice
About You
4+ years of local public practice experience
Degree qualified
Have commenced or completed your CA/CPA
Excellent technical knowledge
Ability to build rapport and be a trusted advisor to clients
Driven to succeed, motivated and a great communication
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
