About the Role We have experienced significant growth across the business, and this has been reflected in our finance team as we have another newly created position available! Working closely with the CFO and Finance Manager, the Senior Group Accountant will play a key role in the growth of our business by providing timely financial advice and reporting. Based at our site in Epping (with flexible working options), the role includes:
Working with and leading a dynamic, passionate, and driven team and offering support and mentorship Driving improvements in financial processes and systems Coordinating external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and consultants to ensure compliance with accounting standards and requirements Supporting the Finance Manager and CFO, receiving direct mentorship to advance your skillset and career About You To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:
A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance or Business / Commerce CA / CPA Qualification Proven experience in a similar role, or in public accounting with a desire to transition to industry Experienced in managing and mentoring a team Strong interpersonal skills with a dynamic, vibrant and collaborative style with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders Flexible, adaptable and comfortable with change High level of integrity and confidentiality Strong time management and organisation skills with a proven ability to focus on priorities, solve problems, juggle multiple tasks Ability to work autonomously Why Repurpose It?
