Power Platform Administration: Maintain and enhance the PPM platform, with a focus on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Configure the platform to align with evolving business requirements. Data Management: Ensure data in the PPM platform is accurate, complete, and adheres to governance standards. Perform data cleansing, reporting, and analytics activities. User Support & Training: Manage user access, roles, and permissions. Provide Level 2-3 support and training to business users. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and implement opportunities to improve the PPM platform. Drive changes to enhance efficiency and user experience. Reporting & Documentation: Generate insightful reports and dashboards to support decision-making. Maintain comprehensive system documentation and user guides. Support Manager Portfolio Operations knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and training to promote platform adoption. Your story so far: Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Solid understanding of data management principles and best practices. 3+ years' experience in a project delivery environment. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Implementing or Managing a PPM platform. Demonstrated experience of Microsoft Power Platform.
