The Reporting and Insights Manager will play a critical role in Harrier, ensuring continuous improvement, systems optimisation, reporting and insights across our portfolio of customers and our organisation.
Our successful Reporting and Insights Manager will gather and analyse economic, market and competitor intel and overlay this with our customers' strategic talent acquisition planning and operational needs.
You will partner with the Harrier Talent Acquisition (TA) teams to deliver market data and insights, and internal and external candidate insights, and present detailed reporting dashboards to senior stakeholder groups and hiring communities.
By presenting researched trends, and data and metrics extracted from internal sources, you will support our customers with their future workforce planning.
You will also provide a detailed overview on current TA activity across the business, highlighting weekly and monthly success rates and performance tracking against contractual KPIs and SLAs.
The operational reporting suites will be developed and presented on a weekly, monthly basis and quarterly basis, in line with contractual SLAs and KPIs.
Flexibility is promoted at Harrier and our customers also embrace this; with most of the TA team choosing to work in a hybrid environment that supports working from home (WFH) and allows the opportunity to spend three days a week in the Melbourne office.
The Reporting and Insights Manager will ideally possess the following experience, attributes and capability:
Previous business analyst and reporting experience within a talent acquisition or HR environment will be beneficial when embedding into our customers' environment.Power BI, Tableau and Excel are some of your best friends and you are able to present to senior stakeholders confidently and convincingly through PowerPoint presentations.Data extraction via Applicant Tracking or HR Information Systems.Ability to extract and analyse data sets, ensuring any anomalies or gaps are rectified and data integrity is always maintained.Presenting trends and insights based on market data, research and competitor insights and presenting all data in a creative and easy-to-interpret format.Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships with the TA team and broader business communities.Strong commercial and business acumen and the ability to have detailed discussions regarding economic and labour market analysis, in the context of the customer landscape, will be a keen interest of yours.What's on offer when you join Harrier?
