About the Team Overflowing with expertise, Group Services keeps MYOB highly tuned and up and running. Made up of several specialised teams including commercial, finance, legal and risk, these are the professionals who drive our business performance, while always ensuring we've dotted our I's and crossed our T's!
Our Team You'll be working in an Analytics team within our Customer Support department, combining commercial acumen, technical data skills, and communication skills to turn complex, varied data into intuitive and informative insights that enable proactive and timely data driven decision making. 
To be successful in this role, you'll be driven, self-motivated, resourceful, naturally curious analyst who uses a creative mind-set to solve problems. You enjoy using your data and analytical skills to develop deep insights and motivate change.
What you'll be focused on...Drive operational and customer experience analytics initiatives including the development of new reporting solutions and enhancement of current analysis and reportingDeliver strategic insights and analysis that drive business decisions and process improvementsUse BI tools and SQL to automate and enhance operational performance reportingDevelop and maintain documentation and bridges that clarify differences between data sources and reportsEnable leaders by providing high quality operational performance data, reporting, analyses and insightsDevelop, analyse and summarise multiple sources of data in a relevant and meaningful mannerUse analytical reasoning and data modelling to identify problems and develop recommendations that address business needsWhat we'd love to see from you...Experience with analysing and transforming multi-channel data into meaningful insights and predictionStrong data analysing skills and understanding of customer metricsAdvanced experience using Business Intelligence tools. Power BI preferredProven experience and ability in producing data visualisation, analysis and dashboardsAdvanced Excel skillsExperience with cloud-based data solutions eg.
