This role ensures the company meets regulatory requirements, maintains high safety and environmental standards, and identifies opportunities to enhance HSE performance.Other responsibilities include:Develop, maintain, and improve robust systems for accurate HSE data collection, analysis, and reporting.Analyse HSE data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, preparing detailed reports for internal stakeholders, external clients, and regulatory bodies.Ensure reporting practices align with HSE regulations, ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards, and safety/environmental laws, while identifying and mitigating risks.Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes, implement corrective actions, and continuously improve safety performance.Coordinate with internal teams and contractors, manage the internal HSE communications and intranet presence, and create clear, impactful presentations and reports for various audiences.Conduct audits and inspections, track metrics like hours worked and incidents, and deliver data-driven insights for board and external client reports.About you:This role would be suitable for a candidate with significant experience within data analysis/reporting-based role with either a background or strong interest within the HSE/Q sector.Proven experience collating, manipulating and presenting data and reports utilizing Excel and Power BI.Understanding/working experience in high-risk/critical infrastructure industries within a HSE/Q based role is highly desirable.Ability to collaborate and build rapport within the team and wider business.Essential:Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.How to Apply:If you are looking for an opportunity to play a vital role in a fast-growing Australian Technology company and be part of our amazing team, please submit your resume and cover letter by clicking Apply.We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all individuals are valued and respected.
