The role of the branch is to lead the preparation and delivery of electoral servicesClient DetailsThe client is an accredited Federal Government department based in CanberraDescriptionProvide general administrative supportFacilitate / Manage the section's reporting process or the Election Readiness Road Map (ERRM)Provide secretariat support for various working groups for each team within SCM including setting up of meeting's, preparing minutes and or meeting notes and follow up correspondenceReview monthly financial reporting using internal Financial Management System - Tech OneMaintain and update SCM's information sharing pages including SharePoint and the IntranetDirect non-routine enquiries to the appropriate staff member and follow up completionManage and maintain records and informationUndertake additional routine and basic tasks as requiredProfileAbility to time manage and prioritise activity workflows in a fast-paced environment.High level skills in written and verbal communication, and proven ability to communicate to a wide range of stakeholdersDevelop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholdersExperience in secretariat supportProven ability in dealing with internal communicationsExperience in financial analysis and reportingUnderstanding of end-to-end supply chain processesJob OfferJoin our Federal client for a unique permanent opportunity to work in the government, gaining valuable experience.
