Join us and share your ideas, be inspired, give back to the community and feel proud to be a part of an organisation doing meaningful work that matters while supporting sustainability, mental health, and well-being.Let's care for tomorrow, so we can create a better future together, for everyone.You'll be responsible for:Preparing high quality Sustainability Reporting in line with Group and local regulatory requirements and support the coordination of the external audit.Gathering appropriate inputs by partnering with internal and external data providers to ensure that high quality data is provided to support required reporting.Supporting the business to deliver Sustainability Reporting through data and disclosure analysis and providing insights and recommendations on information reported.Executing appropriate and effective controls to mitigate operational risks (including data governance) as relevant to the Sustainability Reporting process in line with the Risk & Compliance policies and Risk Appetite.Contributing to and understanding the change & improvement plans. Prioritise implementation of these to maximise value and best achieve goals. Proactively seek continuous product improvement opportunities.About you:Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline with relevant certification or demonstrated equivalent experience.Understanding of organisational reporting frameworks and experience in managing non-financial reporting processes, resources, and systems.
