Your new role We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our IT Team as a full time Reporting Analyst. This position will work closely with IT resources and business stakeholders to Maintain and create a suite of modern and dynamic SSRS reports in consultation with various stakeholders across the business.
This engaging role is a change and continuous improvement advocate, always looking for ways to assist with analysing data capture processes to ensure systems and processes are sufficiently capturing the information needed to satisfy reporting obligations.
You will be supported by application and data subject matter experts, who have a working knowledge of the database schemas and applications and currently undertake all SSRS development, to ensure you can use your SSRS and SQL to be successful in this role.
Other responsibilities and duties will include: Design and develop reports to satisfy various business requirements Review and implement change requests to existing reports Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of reports Provide forecasting and analysis of client data in order to assist with operational management Extract and analyse data from multiple sources Ensure automated reporting is accurate and distributed according to required schedules Assist with Application support as required Any other reasonable task requested by the Senior Application Analyst Understanding and adherence to Wintringham's Code of Conduct Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times Participate in the continuous improvement cycle, by proactively identifying and raising improvements through Wintringham's quality systems Understanding responsibilities in relation to the role as defined in the relevant policies and procedures Practice open communication and proactively participate in problem solving, where issues or areas of disagreement arise. What we'll require from you Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on business intelligence solution design and development. Ability to create clear and professional reports Advanced data extraction, analysis and reporting skills to create meaningful insight Strong hands-on technical expertise with a range of technologies such as – SQL Server, Reporting Services (SSRS), and general database and BI reporting skills. Windows Server and 3 tier application architectures IT (Application) Security Exposure to Epicor, LeeCare or PayGlobal would be advantages Excel Drivers Licence What's in it for you?
