The Reporting Analyst role is a specialised role requiring high-level knowledge of Reporting and Analytics methodologies, superannuation legislation and the ability to suggest, develop and implement continuous improvements.
In this role, you will provide specialised design and development for support platforms such as Reporting Services, Visual Studio, SQL, Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
In addition, you will also be able to program and develop reporting within the Operational Data Stores through usage of SQL coding queries.
You will need to successfully project manage all aspects associated with reporting and dashboard development requests from the business.
Stakeholder engagement, scheduling, prioritising and planning are key to this role to ensure all development meets customer and organisation expectations.
This role is 12-month max-term/ secondment opportunity.
About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills.
We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them.
It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: High Level experience in development and analytical techniques within SQL, Reporting Services, Visual Studio, Operational Data Stores, SharePoint, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and Power BI.
Understanding and application of SQL coding and query writing to extrapolate business and strategic requirements to provide intelligence to management and key stakeholders.
Experience in data analysis, generation and creation of reports.
Strong level of numeracy and ability to work with statistical information and performance measures.
Advanced knowledge and application of table relationships, advanced querying in applications, aggregate queries, advanced form design, macros and pivot tables.
Must be able to analyse, propose and document solutions to complex problems involving Superannuation and systems.
