Your opportunity to join our team in North Ryde! Based in NSW, ideally at our North Ryde head office, this is a hybrid role that will see you play an integral role in our planning and replenishment operations, collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders across a number of teams nationally.
This position will suit someone with both planning and analytics experience looking to grow their career in a large FMCG business!
Key responsibilities: Provide leave coverage and backup for state replenishment planners, evaluating stock requirements at national levels and determining transfers to each state.Work closely with the wider replenishment, sales, DC and site-based planning teams, actioning product transfers around the network based on daily demand and inventory coverage targets.Manage and maintain master data driving replenishment models.Provide daily insights on CSL and root cause analysis of gaps.Initiate review and drive efficiency improvements on freight utilisation.Review and provide recommendations on stock route optimisation.Key requirements: Demonstrated knowledge and concepts of planning and scheduling.Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to make recommendations and deliver efficiencies and cost savings.Sound Excel skills and experience working with PowerBI preferred.Passionate about driving continuous improvement initiatives.Excellent time management and organisational skills along with high attention to detail.Superior communication skills with the ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders nationally.ASCI / APICS advantageous.An agile and flexible approach, able to work with ambiguity and navigate a large, complex FMCG business.We're looking for people who are curious, caring, courageous and committed to join us; people who want to contribute their best work every single day and continue delivering deliciously good food that's…Always Good!
