Details of the offer

It's a great time to join our 8,000 friendly people at Ingham's – one of Australia and New Zealand's largest integrated protein producers.
Founded in 1918 as a family business, Ingham's has a proud history and a bright future.
Today, our business is undergoing substantial growth, where every day presents new and exciting opportunities to thrive.
With a positive attitude, you can pursue your passion, grow your career, and contribute to a business that is committed to demonstrating our values of care, courage, curiosity, and commitment.
We've been proudly bringing joy to tables and smiles to faces with the delicious food we've been crafting for over 100 years.
A large part of our strong growth and success is because we're always looking for new ways to do things and thinking about how we can create a better, more sustainable future world together.
Our success as an industry leader in providing deliciously good food means we can continue to invest in our future as we work towards becoming Australia and New Zealand's first choice for poultry.
Your opportunity to join our team in North Ryde!
Based in NSW, ideally at our North Ryde head office, this is a hybrid role that will see you play an integral role in our planning and replenishment operations, collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders across a number of teams nationally.
This position will suit someone with both planning and analytics experience looking to grow their career in a large FMCG business!
Key responsibilities: Provide leave coverage and backup for state replenishment planners, evaluating stock requirements at national levels and determining transfers to each state.
Work closely with the wider replenishment, sales, DC, and site-based planning teams, actioning product transfers around the network based on daily demand and inventory coverage targets.
Manage and maintain master data driving replenishment models.
Provide daily insights on CSL and root cause analysis of gaps.
Initiate review and drive efficiency improvements on freight utilisation.
Review and provide recommendations on stock route optimisation.
Key requirements: Demonstrated knowledge and concepts of planning and scheduling.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with proven ability to make recommendations and deliver efficiencies and cost savings.
Sound Excel skills and experience working with Power BI preferred.
Passionate about driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent time management and organisational skills along with high attention to detail.
Superior communication skills with the ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders nationally.
ASCI / APICS advantageous.
An agile and flexible approach, able to work with ambiguity and navigate a large, complex FMCG business.
We're looking for people who are curious, caring, courageous, and committed to join us; people who want to contribute their best work every single day and continue delivering deliciously good food that's...
Always Good!
