Job Scope: We currently have an opportunity for a Repairable Coordinator to join our team located in Beresfield, NSW. In this role, your primary purpose is to plan, organize, and lead the effective and efficient operations of the Repairable team.
How will you help us achieve this: Guide R&R Technical Coordinator on priorities to meet Customer expectations. Set priorities according to DIFOT and individual Customer requirements. Engage internal stakeholders, and remove barriers to satisfy customer experience. Customer-facing and WIP report functionality including Customer one-on-one bi-weekly meetings. Develop WIP reports with the view of weekly circulation providing updates on the status of each job. Develop Workshop capability, service & tools in conjunction with Workshop Managers and RPLMs. Approve Strip Reports and MDR prior to submission. Seek to develop fixed pricing for strips and refurbs. Ensure that production orders are scheduled while optimizing manufacturing efficiencies using agreed planning methodologies and tools. Create a high level of team spirit and engagement by creating an open and trusting environment where teamwork and cooperation is valued and encouraged. Coaching and feedback. Manage all Client Relationship issues that arise. Manage escalation of breakdowns, installations, and scheduled services with external stakeholders. What you bring: Engineering degree or Trade qualification preferred. Must have experience with ERP systems in a production planning environment. A good understanding of basic project management methodologies. Well-developed relationship skills in a business environment. Ability to work in a team or individually on multiple concurrent projects. Demonstrated ability to deliver in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining high attention to detail. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Prior responsibility for the profitability of a business centre. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings. Team player, able to interface positively with all team members. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to work with customers, sub-contractors, and other personnel on a daily basis. Good organization, multitasking, and time management skills that deliver effective planning and housekeeping standards. Ability to plan work effectively and efficiently with a minimum of supervision and set priorities for own personal goals. What we offer: Competitive remuneration package on offer.
