Your future role We have an exciting opportunity available for a Repair Line Customer Coordinator to join our team at our Repair and Overhaul Center (ROC), based at Rouse Hill. This role would suit a qualified Engineer who thrives in a customer-facing position but still enjoys technical/operations. You will primarily be responsible for acting as a tunnel for the flow of information and demand between the ROC and the different Project sites.
We'll look to you for:
Ensuring that the industrial master data are well implemented in the different systems (GSI, SES).Demand and Priorities from the Project are taken into account while integrating with planning for repairs.Managing the end-to-end flow of information and parts in SAP and other tools used for information management.Providing feedback to the customer on the operation of the repaired component from Train.All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
