About the Role As a key member to the success of the organisation, you will coordinate the successful completion of insurance repair claims.
On a daily basis, your specific duties will include but are not limited to: Allocating repairs to our panel of subcontractors Managing job delivery within time and budgetary constraints Managing the tendering process as to obtain the most cost effective and appropriate solution to deliver projects within target KPIs Managing a portfolio of claims Stakeholder management/communication Overseeing the process of appropriate invoicing retention of claims for complex and high risk work as to ensure quality works and warranty periods are guaranteed.
About You You will ideally have 2 to 3 years experience working in an administration/scheduling role within building, construction or maintenance related industries.
You will be able think outside the square and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
