Role Overview Broaden customer base by cold calling, conducting industry research, following up leads and references, attending industry events, and identifying supply chain inefficiencies in potential customers. Manage the sales funnel by recording opportunities in Salesforce, reviewing them monthly, updating sales stages, and following up on internal leads. Identify and convert competitors' products by meeting with key customers, understanding their requirements, writing proposals, and offering product trials or demonstrations to highlight the advantages of pooling over competitor options. Expand product offerings into new markets by applying existing products innovatively and researching new growth areas. Drive growth through delivering total supply chain solutions, including end-to-end supply chain reviews, production line improvements, quality enhancements, waste reduction, and transport optimization. Candidate Profile Sales and business development professionals with a 'hunter' mentality, shaped by environments that have rigorously honed their skills through intensive training. You are a dynamic and results-driven professional with a strong background in sales or services, ideally within a related industry. With a solid understanding of the business, you are highly skilled in engaging with customers to identify their needs and providing solutions that drive mutual success. You possess strong communication skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers and build trusted relationships.
