Shift: Rotating Day, Afternoon, and Weekend Shifts
We are seeking a highly motivated, fun, and energetic delivery Rental Technician to join our team, supporting in the delivering, installing, and collecting medical equipment for a well-known healthcare provider.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery and Installation:
Drive, install, assemble, and collect medical equipment with high attention to detail and customer service.
Day Shift (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM) on-site and on the road, handling deliveries and collections.
Afternoon Shift (12:00 PM - 8:00 PM): Similar duties with potential for overtime if tasks extend beyond shift hours.
Emergency On-Call Support:
Attend to emergency calls, including overnight (up until 6:00 AM).
Weekend Shift (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM): Be on call for urgent installations or emergencies.
Work within time frames and KPIs, ensuring installations are completed within 4 hours.
Operate in line with company OH&S and infection control policies.
Perform warehouse duties and route planning as required.
Skills and Experience:
Previous delivery driving and installation experience in a healthcare setting or similar.
Knowledge and comfort with electronic devices for managing delivery schedules.
Ability to lift up to 15 kg regularly.
High attention to customer service and the ability to work both autonomously and in a team.
Reliable, punctual, and capable of managing time efficiently.
Requirements:
Unrestricted C-Class Driver's Licence.
Previous experience driving a van or 3-tonne truck.
Forklift Licence (advantageous but not essential).
Current Australian Police Clearance and COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate.
Ability to adhere to infection control and OH&S policies.
Immediate start.
