About the RoleThe role is a service-focused role that centres around providing technical, practical and administrative support to our clients and team members.
This role would suit someone who is strongly detail orientated, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is a team player.
You can expect to interact with videographers, photographers, camera crews, studio clients and production houses from varying industries, which the vibrant SUNSTUDIOS community is comprised of.
This is a permanent full time role to be based out of our South Melbourne studio.
Main Duties Maintaining and managing customer assets Customer facing position within our rental and studio department Maintaining lighting, camera and digital equipment Preparing and servicing equipment for shoots, including deliveries Taking phone, internet and walk-in enquiries and bookings Administration including quoting, processing payments, and invoicing Liaising with studio clients Studio set up and reset About You You would ideally possess video expertise & have worked in the video or photography industry alongside being a natural at customer service.
