Rental Sales Officer - Welshpool

We are currently looking to grow our Welshpool team by employing a friendly customer service and sales focused individual.The successful applicant must be well presented and have the ability to think on their feet whilst working in a fast-paced team environment.
They will provide excellent sales and customer service for our clients whilst being dedicated to the growing success of the business.
Confidence in offering Europcar products and services to clients both face to face and over the phone is essential.Responsibilities:Complete customer rental agreements and other documentation.Handle and reconcile cash transactions.Possess intermediate computer knowledge.Assist clients with vehicle collection, return, and inspection.Hold a current 'unrestricted' manual driver's licence.To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in customer service, be eager to learn, and flexible with days and hours including weekend work and early morning starts.This is a great opportunity to be part of the Europcar team!
