Confidence in offering Europcar products and services to clients both face to face and over the phone is essential.You will be required to;Complete customer rental agreements and other documentation.Handle and reconcile cash transactions.Possess intermediate computer knowledge.Assist clients with vehicle collection, return and inspection.Hold a current 'unrestricted' manual drivers licence.You will receive:$500 bonus upon one month of employment$500 bonus upon completion of 6 month probationA further $1000 upon completing 12 months of serviceTo be successful in this role you will have previous experience in customer service, be eager to learn and flexible with days and hours including weekend work and early morning starts.This is a great opportunity to be part of the Europcar team working in the regional operations.
