You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all our clients assets are meticulously cleaned, inspected, and prepared for hire. You'll be the backbone of this branch, supporting optimal performance and showcasing assets in their best light!
INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO: Assist in all branch activities to keep things humming along. Ensure assets shine and are ready for hire in a timely manner. Handle minor repairs on vehicles and trailers, including changing mudflaps, fixing lights, and replacing bulbs. Manage vehicle collection and delivery, ensuring yard presentation is always on point. Stay informed about all asset classes and equipment specifications across the ORIX Rental and Mobility fleet. Take action on branch activities, focusing on operational best practices, customer experience, risk management, and business growth. WHAT YOU HAVE: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Skills in carrying out 10-point asset safety checks. A keen eye for monitoring and reporting vehicle defects and servicing needs. Basic computer skills to keep everything organised. Ability to lift manually in a safe manner and tackle minor asset repairs. Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Proactive in identifying and mitigating operational risks.
