What is this role all about? As a Customer Experience Agent with SIXT Australia, you'll play a pivotal role in making people and their things easily mobile through the delivery of premium customer service.
Your responsibilities will be:
Providing an exciting and premium customer experience, exceeding customer expectations every time.Opening and closing rental agreements seamlessly and accurately.Answer any customer enquiries, face-to-face, over the phone or by emailPick-up and delivery of vehicles, when requiredGeneral administrative tasksRegular cleaning of vehicles to a premium standardEnsuring all aspects of SIXT's quality controls are delivered and maintained, including presentation of the counters, paperwork and fleet.Selling additional, over the counter, rental productsOther administrative and operational tasks and being part of team to ensure a high level of presentation of the Branch.Ensuring all aspects of SIXT quality controls are delivered, including presentation of counters, paperwork and fleet. What do we need from you? To be successful in this position, our new team member will be able to demonstrate the following:
Excellent communication skills, a can-do, positive attitude and a flair for sales.Strong attention to detail, including administration and presentationPrevious experience in the retail or hospitality industry is preferred, but not essentialMonitoring and organising fleet on a daily basisCompetent computer skills to perform daily tasksCurrent, unrestricted full driving licenceFull working rights in AustraliaAbility to multi-task during peak periods and able to work unsupervisedA flexible attitude is required as our locations are 7-day operations so shifts will include some weekendsSIXT Australia has a process of ensuring your working rights in Australia.
