UON is currently seeking experienced and motivated Rental Coordinator to join our Energy team in Malaga.
About the Role: Reporting to the Operations Manager at Energy, the Rental Coordinator is responsible for handling customer service queries and administrative functions within the Rental department, coordinating all jobs across the rental business operations within the Energy division.
Your main responsibilities will include: Identify critical client expectations and rapidly problem solve to resolve areas of non-conformance or complaints.
Manage and maintain all Energy jobs – Parts & service, labour hire, rental, projects.
Engage with clients for simpler solutions at an enquiry stage or site issues/change outs.
Manage all Rental Labour costs including installation jobs and track all variances.
Maintain all hire records and documentation associated with equipment/resource hire.
All contract variations addressed and submitted on time.
Ensure all PO match quotes and have enough funds for invoicing Process purchase orders and prepare daily operational documents, including invoices.
Updating spreadsheets to control equipment locations Timely management of customer recharge for damaged or misused equipment.
Review/monitor direct costs.
Timely debtors' management in conjunction with cost controller.
Provide administrative support to the operations manager and sales manager.
Maintain and update hire product information and inventory management systems.
Enhance client experience across the UON rental engagement process About you: The ideal candidate will have a background in Rental and/or the mining industry, preferably in a customer service position for power generation and/or dewatering environment.
You will be able to demonstrate a successful history of customer service excellence and superior interpersonal skills.
Skills & Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position such as in a Sales, Service, Rental, Scheduling role.
