Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) Full time The opportunityWe want to employ a person who proactively improves the department efficiencies and actively seeks to provide exceptional customer service to our internal and external clients. Someone who is confident liaising with our clients over the phone.

This role will see you openly communicating with a wide range of people and managing timely and efficient administration processes.
Talents you will use in the roleBe the key internal conduit between the delivery team and accounts, chasing overdue payments as required.Manage timely posting and invoicing of rental contracts nationally.High level of communication with the internal team.Be highly organised.Coordinate national rental equipment and consumable stocktakes.Control asset addition and allocation.Maintain the rental database of equipment and assets.The ideal person for the role will:Demonstrate resilience and a "can do" attitude.Have a desire to make a difference with customers.Be confident talking with people over the phone.Work autonomously, but also work closely within the Rental Team to reach overall goals.Have the self-awareness to recognise the impact you have on others.Be a highly organised multitasker, who is great with a process and making improvements.Experience with gas detection, environmental monitoring or safety equipment is desirable, but not critical.
This fast-paced and busy role is an exciting and challenging opportunity for someone who likes to prioritise and multi-task effectively and has prior experience in administration coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
