We are looking to appoint a Rental Coordinator at ourMoranbah Branch who will be the primary day to day point of contact for all customer requirements.

Ensuring superior customer service is achievedMonitoring, tracking and organising fleet availability on a daily basisCompleting all pre and post-rental proceduresEnsuring the contract paperwork is accurately completedInspecting the returned vehicle and completing the necessary reportsDiscussing damage and missing items with the customer and resolving the matter before finalising the contractLiaising with theRegional Manager and National Sales team members for any major customer interactions and transactionsPerforming administration duties as requiredWe are looking for an individual who has previous experience in customer service, hospitality & tourism or administration. Additionally, the position also requires the following:
Ability to learn, understand and effectively sell the products and services of the businessSound computer literacy skillsLicense to drive manual vehicles (C class)Knowledge of the vehicle industry and/or rental industry would be advantageousThis is a brilliant opportunity for an individual who is passionate about customer service and has the ability to work collaboratively as a team to achieve targets.
