Energy Power Systems Australia (EPSA) is looking for a Rental Coordinator to join our team in Darwin managing the day-to-day coordination of our fleet and ensuring top-notch customer service.About the Role:As a Rental Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the rental process from start to finish, ensuring that our fleet of power generation equipment is deployed efficiently to meet customer needs. You will work closely with our customers, sales team, and service departments to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate rental requests, ensuring the availability of equipment and timely delivery to customers.Liaise with customers to provide quotations, confirm orders, and handle inquiries.Work closely with the operations team to schedule equipment servicing and ensure readiness for deployment.Manage rental agreements and contracts, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and up to date.Monitor the fleet's availability and condition, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.Assist with the logistics of equipment mobilization and demobilization.Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues and maintaining strong relationships with clients.About You:Previous experience in rental coordination, logistics, or a similar role, preferably within the power generation or heavy equipment industries.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.Customer service-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Proficiency in using computer systems and managing documentation.What We Offer:Focus on training, internal promotion and development.Competitive salary package with flexibility.Employee Recognition Program and Service Awards.Birthday and Volunteering leave.Employee Referral Bonus Scheme.Employee Assistance Program.What next?Please submit your application TODAY!
