Renewal Specialist (Tt & Smb) (Position Located In Melbourne, Australia)

The TT/ SMB Renewal Specialist is responsible for coordinating with TT/SMB CSMs and customers to provide pricing quotes for renewals and then successfully and efficiently close those opportunities.Responsibilities:Manage all opportunities within assigned customer portfolio and perform research to understand customer health and account status as it pertains to those opportunitiesCoordinate with TT/SMB CSMs and Account Managers to strategize on renewals to maximize bookingsBe proactive when conducting discovery with customers on opportunities and handle any objections to ensure predictability of successfully closing those opportunitiesNegotiate with customers on opportunities to prevent churn and secure optimal termsEmploy pricing strategies that meet the Company's standards, policies, and proceduresGenerate pricing quotes for renewalsManage your assigned 30, 60, and 90 day opportunity pipeline, weekly and daily forecasts and meet regularly with the Renewal Specialist Director to reviewThoroughly and accurately complete deal sheets in Salesforce for each opportunityMeet and exceed bookings targets and quotasMaintain impeccable administration of your opportunities in the Company's CRMMinimum Qualifications:Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience and education preferredExperience with Gmail and Google DocsExperience with MS Office (Word and Excel)Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.
)Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferredFamiliarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT Security FieldPrevious sales or negotiation experienceStrong verbal and written communicationsExcellent time management and organization skillsSuperior customer service skillsStrong collaborative and team work skillsAbility to work with minimal supervisionAbility to build rapport with customers via phone, email and video conferencing#J-18808-Ljbffr
