Renewals Rep - Job Description

We have a great opportunity to join our renewals team working within an established team.
Within this position, you will be responsible for working to targets relating to renewal revenue.
Key Responsibilities Include
Partner with aligned customers, reseller partners and Forcepoint sales team members daily to identify, progress and close renewal business on time and to the correct forecasted value. Takes ownership of Customer Satisfaction, ensuring regular contact with customer base in close collaboration with the channel at all parts of contract life cycle to ensure high level of customer satisfaction. Expected to demonstrate a high level of knowledge of aligned customers/partners' businesses, key initiatives and needs during account reviews. Communicates clearly, both verbally and in writing with all parties on renewal opportunity progress/ account relationship and escalates any concerns appropriately. Responsible for ensuring all upcoming renewals are actively quoted/ initiated at least 120 days in advance and an accurate forecast is always maintained within Salesforce.com. (Quarterly forecast accuracy is expected to be within 5%) Strong member of account team ensuring close working relationship with sales team, other renewal AM's, channel org and supporting teams. Develops relationships with Channel Partners and Distributors for growth of our products within their markets. Always observes correct channel policies and rules of engagement during a renewal process. What You Can Bring
Experience in an Inside sales role with high level of achievement against individual quota. Existing relationship and/or strong familiarity of the partner ecosystem in the region covered. Experience of renewals process within a high-tech company in Inside Sales/Tele sales/Business Development or Channel role. Strong presentation skills; feels confident presenting in front of senior management of the existing customers. Experience working with large volumes of renewals each quarter. Preference for a degree level education or equivalent. Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment. High level of Accountability. Keen to learn and develop. Detail oriented – proven ability to manage complex renewal opportunities and oversee internal processes. Self-starter, who is highly motivated and experienced working remotely. Working based on Australia New Zealand time zone. Excellent command of English language. Excellent command of other languages would be an asset. Don't meet every single qualification?
