As a Senior Associate, you'll be involved in a wide range of E&R matters including:

Resources: project development and financing
Preparation and negotiation of complex agreements:

Exploration
Production operating/management
Infrastructure
Commodity sale and marketing


Joint ventures, acquisitions, and divestments
Corporate advisory and M&A
Renewable Energy development, financing, and property elements of:

Wind farms
Pumped hydro
Solar farms
Battery storage projects


Due diligence, drafting options to lease, leases, ground leases, options to purchase
Financier deeds and managing the transaction to financial close
Contracts of sale for pipeline and ancillary infrastructure and assets
Advising on pipeline tenure and statutory rights
Procurement contract negotiation and general corporate advisory

If you have experience in energy, mining, resources, planning & environment, corporate M&A, or projects, we'd love to hear from you. You must have at least 4 years PAE and be at or looking to progress to a Senior Associate position.
This firm is prepared to go well above market in terms of remuneration to secure the best, in addition to offering a realistically achievable bonus program.
