About the OpportunityTBH has been growing rapidly in Australia and internationally. We are looking for an experienced Remuneration, Rewards & Recognition Specialist to join our team in this newly created role that will be empowered to lead a key strategic priority for our people and our future.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and coordinating a new TBH remuneration and benefits program. This includes consistent application of strategies, frameworks, tools, and initiatives relating to performance, remuneration and benefits and ensuring these are culturally and legislatively fit for the business and our people. In your remit you'll take the lead on analysing compensation structures, conducting market research, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
As our Remuneration, Rewards & Recognition Specialist you'll also:
Work closely with the CPO to build and implement Remuneration, Reward & Recognition solutions in line with and supportive of business strategy.Manage the delivery of recommendations and solutions covering specific areas of Remuneration & Rewards, including salary planning, market analysis and competitiveness, benchmarking, job design, variable pay planning, pay gap analyses, incentives and bonuses, and non-remuneration employee benefits programs.Report on remuneration and benefits performance against strategic targets and recommendations for changes or continuous improvement.Play a key role in ensuring all communication, reporting and compliance obligations on performance and remuneration are met.Provide interpretation and counsel to the CPO regarding Policies, reporting, programs, and practices.Manage and oversee the organisation's Visa management process for sponsored employees into Australia and employees working outside of Australia.Manage and oversee the organisation's annual remuneration activity including salary reviews, promotion activity, and bonus payments that contribute towards all cyclical performance and reward activity across the business.Work with key stakeholders in designing and leading education programs for our business leaders on performance, remuneration and benefits plans.What you'll bringAs our successful candidate you'll possess analytical skills, a strong understanding of remuneration strategies, and a passion for fostering a supportive work environment. You'll also bring:
