Our client is a leading ASX listed company that offers a range of products and services and forms part of one of the largest independent publicly listed Insurance/ Financial Services corporations.

About the role:
Are you an experienced professional with a background in financial services and a keen understanding of data and reporting?
Here's your chance to join a dynamic and innovative environment on a 6-month, full time contract based within the CBD - with high potential for the role to convert to a permanent position!
Key Responsibilities include: Lead Remuneration Projects: Drive the execution of remuneration review initiatives, ensuring they align with company standards and support strategic compensation objectives.Coordinate Salary Survey Submissions: Manage the process of submitting data for salary surveys, ensuring accurate benchmarking and competitive compensation analysis.Administer Employee Share Programs: Oversee the implementation and administration of employee share schemes, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with company policies.Ensure Effective Rewards Governance: Monitor and enforce compliance with rewards governance frameworks, maintaining consistency and integrity across all compensation practices.Prepare Comprehensive Reporting: Develop and manage detailed reports on remuneration data, providing insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.Key Selection Criteria: To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience working within a prior Remuneration / Rewards role preferably in Financial Services.Strong knowledge of data analysis and reporting.Experience working on extensive projects.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.If you're ready to take on a new challenge in a supportive and forward-thinking environment, apply to ****** for a further discussion.
