The Remuneration, Rewards & Recognition Manager will be instrumental in designing and implementing the remuneration and benefit programs within this growing consulting business.
Working closely with an engaging Chief People Officer, you will manage the annual bonus and salary-setting process, contributing to the development and approval of structures and strategies to drive performance and excellence across the organisation.
Your expertise will be pivotal in providing valuable insights into the effectiveness, competitiveness and consistency of the business's compensation structures and reward programs in the market.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Work with the CPO to build and implement Remuneration, Reward & Recognition solutionsReport on remuneration and benefits performance against strategic targetsProvide consulting and recommendations for changes to foster continuous improvementManage and oversee the organisation's annual remuneration activitiesRemuneration benchmarkingPlay a key role in ensuring all communication, reporting and compliance obligations on performance and remuneration are metThis role is central to the business and will have effective working relationships with the CPO, the Finance and broader People and Culture team and be a trusted expert enabling leaders to drive the delivery of a fit-for-purpose, best-in-class Remuneration function.
The Remuneration, Rewards & Recognition Manager is both analytical and relational, they have a "can do" solutions approach and can think strategically but enact at an operational level.
They can engage stakeholders and bring them along on the journey, they have strong influencing skills, plus embody a curious and continuous improvement mindset.
